Photogenic is part of the full dancer experience at Oro.
We created it to help dancers feel confident, expressive, and proud of who they are.
This is a fun way for dancers to show personality, presence, and comfort in front of a camera.
These skills help dancers everywhere, whether they perform on stage, audition for a show, or step into a Casting room filled with directors in the future.
Photogenic is not about beauty or comparisons.
It is not about who looks “better” or “prettier.”
It is about expression, confidence, and natural presence✨
Everything is completed before your event.
You can do everything from your phone or computer in just a few minutes.
No printing. No rushing. No onsite submissions.
We display every participant at the event and on our social Media platforms 💛
Every photo is reviewed by our event judges with care.
Our judges look for:
• Confidence
• Expression
• Personality
• Clear presentation
• Age-appropriate styling
• Connection to the camera

• First photo: 30 dollars
• Second photo: 30 dollars

Critique Entry
• First photo: 45 dollars
• Second photo: 45 dollars
• Third photo: 40 dollars
Includes thoughtful notes from our judges
We celebrate two recognitions at each event:
• Photogenic Award for dancers 11 and under
• Photogenic Award for dancers 12 and up

Entries close one week before your event.
We are not able to take Photogenic entries at the venue or on the event day.
