Tiffany Shontelle
Portland, OR

Tiffany Shontelle is a performer, choreographer, producer, and director whose career spans stage, screen, commercial work, and live entertainment. Classically trained at the award-winning Schell School of Dance, she works across a wide range of styles and continues to expand her education through ongoing training and certifications. Her career includes national and international performances, multiple dance and pageant titles, and the honor of being crowned Miss Dance USA. Tiffany’s credits include The Miss America Pageant, MTV, Portland Dance Project, Act One Talent, Academy One Model and Talent Agency, and Living Hope Productions. She has performed as a Las Vegas showgirl and principal dancer in 40 Deuce, Beacher’s Madhouse, and major production shows, danced for Carnival Cruise Lines, and served as lead dancer and choreographer for the band Flexor T. Commercially, Tiffany has worked with brands such as Nike, Nordstrom, Varsity Sportswear, and Handful. As a choreographer and director, she has led full-scale productions including Grease, Chicago, Mary Poppins, Pippin, Bring It On, and Evita. She is also the Principal Choreographer of Tiffany Shontelle and Company. Tiffany is the founder of Chasing Sunsets Dance Workshop and Convention and currently teaches with Dance Fusion Northwest and Vancouver City Ballet. She travels nationally as a competition judge and educator and is deeply committed to mentoring dancers across the U.S., with a strong focus on artistry, leadership, and empowerment.

Tara Iacobucci
Cranston, RI

Tara began her dance training at a young age, studying all genres before transitioning into ballet performance with Ballet RI. She later became the director of the award-winning dance companies at The Talent Factory in Rhode Island, where many of her students have gone on to receive prestigious scholarships to institutions such as Marymount Manhattan College, Montclair State University, Elon University, and PACE University, as well as professional training programs and companies overseas. Tara’s choreography has been featured at the Boston Contemporary Dance Festival during its inaugural year and premiered at The Joyce Theater in New York City. In 2019, she was invited to Joffrey Ballet’s Jazz & Contemporary Pre-Professional Training Program, where she held auditions and choreographed a work for their end-of-year performance. Continuing to expand her artistic reach, Tara has worked on several film projects ranging from international costume company campaigns to promotional videos. Most recently, she collaborated on a film project with close friend and inspiration Andy Pellick, which was featured by Dance Teacher Magazine. Tara is passionate about lifelong learning and believes in never becoming complacent as an artist. She travels nationwide teaching for competitions and conventions and is also on faculty at Dean College.

Christie Delaney
Buffalo, NY

Christie Delaney is a performer, choreographer, director, and instructor originally from Orchard Park, New York. She began dancing at the age of two at Mary Alice’s Dance Studio and continued her training at the University at Buffalo, where she earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance. While at UB, Christie was a member of Zodiaque Dance Company, served as a tap teaching assistant, directed Dancer’s Workshop, and received the Amanda Occhino Scholarship Award, among many other honors. Following graduation, Christie moved to Williamsburg, Virginia, where she served as Dance Supervisor at Busch Gardens Williamsburg. During her time there, she performed in over 15 productions, mastering up to 20 tracks as a swing performer, while also working as a rehearsal technician and assistant choreographer. Her additional performance credits include Six Flags, Spirit Productions, and Darien Lake Theme Park Resort. Christie has taught tap workshops and master classes throughout the East Coast and has choreographed for Opera in Williamsburg and ShowStoppers. While in Virginia, she also served as Assistant Artistic Director of SI Dance, LLC, instructing and choreographing for their company, SIDanCo. Her choreography has earned numerous top honors, including Best Choreography, Critics’ Choice, Highest Scoring, and special judges’ awards. Now back home in Buffalo with her husband, Evan, their four children, and dog Rosie, Christie is on faculty at Mary Alice’s Dance Studio and Steppin’ Out Dance Academy. She currently serves as choreographer for America’s Rock Illusionist: Leon Etienne and travels nationally as a regional and national dance adjudicator. Christie is proudly on the judging roster with Impact Dance Adjudicators.
