Sarah Beth Byrum
Eugene, OR

Sarah Beth Byrum received her Bachelor’s Degree in Dance from the University of Oregon and founded All That! Dance Company that same year. She has been the owner and director of a thriving studio for over 25 years, maintaining three different studio locations, and serving thousands of dancers. Sarah Beth's passion for dance has led her to produce over fifty full length concert events, as well as being the founder and creative director for the annual production of the Nutcracker Remixed. She has received countless awards for her choreography and the technical proficiency of her students at both regional and national competitions. Sarah Beth has received many accolades through her career, including being published in Spotlight on Dance and featured in Family Fun Magazine. She was the recipient of the prestigious Gerald E. Bruce Award by the Ford Family Foundation. She has also been awarded by the National Dance Educators Association, Oregon Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance, the Junior Miss Scholarship Program, and Phi Beta Fraternity for the Arts. Sarah Beth was honored by the University of Oregon's Dance Department with their prestigious Community Partnership Award. Her expertise has been published in Dance Studio Life magazine and she is an ambassador for the worldwide Dance Studio Owners Association. Sarah Beth also serves as a dance adjudicator and competition director, spreading her knowledge for dance throughout the nation. She is currently on the roster of dance competition judges with Impact Dance Adjudicators.

Brittni Johnson
St. Louis, MO

Brittni Johnson, M.Ed., LPC is from the St. Louis, MO area where she trained as a competitive dancer in the studio, team and company environments. She is a dance educator, choreographer, adjudicator, mental wellness workshop facilitator and licensed professional mental health counselor. She owns her own private practice specializing in treating dancers. She works with many studios, dance teams and college programs creating choreography, teaching classes, implementing workshops, and consulting. Brittni holds a Master's degree in Clinical/Mental Health Counseling and is passionate about combining the world of dance movement and mental health and wellness. She is the co-founder of Alignment: A Mental Health Therapist's Guide to Dance Education where she provides mental health education and support to the dance community through workshops, online trainings, webinars, consultations and products. She continues to be an advocate for mental health and safety in the dance community. She believes every dancer should be empowered with the skills to protect their overall physical and mental wellness to ensure longevity in their career and overall happiness in their life. Brittni is currently on the roster of judges with Impact Dance Adjudicators

Rachel Roberts
Tulsa, OK

Rachel Roberts is a dance instructor and national award winning choreographer of over 20 years and a national adjudicator of over 13 years. Originally from Las Vegas, Nevada and now residing in Tulsa, Oklahoma, she has been involved with all aspects of the performing arts since the age of three. She has studied all forms of dance, musical theatre, acting and voice and has trained under Tara Foy, Ralph Perkins, Henry LeTang, Ernesta Corvino, Inez Mourning, Kathy Humphries, Heidi Hopper, Jo Rowan, Jason Young, Judy Ann Bassing, Louis Garcia and the late Francis Ruivivar and Doug Caldwell, to name a few. Graduating with honors from the prestigious Las Vegas Academy of the Arts, Rachel has toured Nevada, California and China with Dream Tour USA and performed in many dance concerts and musicals. Rachel attended Oklahoma City University where she was a member of the American Spirit Dance Company and the OCU Liturgical Dance Troupe. In 2002, she received a Bachelor of Science in Entertainment Business and was named outstanding graduating senior. Some her favorite regional credits include Kristine in “A Chorus Line”, Mitzi in “Crazy for You”, and Odette/ Odile in “Swan Lake”. TV credits include “The Lowdown” coming to FX, featured dancer in Osage Casino and choreographer for Miss Jackson’s Department Store. She has choreographed many title winning solos for contestants in the Miss America Organization and recently served as a video demonstrator for the Ballet and Jazz sections of Dance Studio Syllabus. Currently, Rachel focuses on private dance instruction and choreography in the Tulsa area, judging regional and national dance competitions and teaching master classes across the Midwest. She is also on the roster for Impact Dance Adjudicators as well as a guest on the IDA’s podcast, “Making An Impact”, is a member of the National Dance Education Organization and has trained with “More Than Just Great Dancing” teacher training.Sharing her love of the arts and encouraging the next generation of dancers is one of her passions and she is honored to be a small part of their journey.
