Tiffany Shontelle
Portland, OR
Tiffany Shontelle is a performer, choreographer, producer, and director with a career spanning stage, screen, commercial, and live entertainment. Classically trained at the award-winning Schell School of Dance, she works across multiple styles and continues her education through certifications and training. Her career includes national and international performances, multiple dance and pageant titles, and the honor of Miss Dance USA. Her credits include The Miss America Pageant, MTV, Portland Dance Project, Act One Talent, Academy One Model and Talent Agency, and Living Hope Productions. She performed as a Las Vegas showgirl and principal dancer in 40 Deuce, Beacher’s Madhouse, and major production shows. She also danced for Carnival Cruise Lines and served as lead dancer and choreographer for the band Flexor T. Tiffany has worked commercially with Nike, Nordstrom, Varsity Sportswear, and Handful. As a choreographer and director, she has led productions such as Grease, Chicago, Mary Poppins, Pippin, Bring It On, and Evita. She is the Principal Choreographer of Tiffany Shontelle and Company. She is the founder of Chasing Sunsets Dance Workshop and Convention and currently teaches for Dance Fusion Northwest and Vancouver City Ballet. Tiffany also judges and teaches for national competitions and continues to mentor dancers across the U.S. with a strong focus on artistry, leadership, and empowerment.
Brittni Johnson
St. Louis, MO
Brittni Johnson, M.Ed., LPC is a dance educator, choreographer, adjudicator, and licensed professional mental health counselor from the St. Louis, Missouri area. She trained as a competitive dancer in studio, team, and company settings and now specializes in supporting dancers through both movement and mental wellness. Brittni holds a Master’s degree in Clinical/Mental Health Counseling and owns a private practice dedicated to treating dancers. She works with studios, dance teams, and college programs, creating choreography, teaching classes, leading workshops, and consulting on dancer well-being. She is the co-founder of Alignment: A Mental Health Therapist’s Guide to Dance Education, where she provides mental health education and resources to the dance community through workshops, trainings, and consultations. A passionate advocate for mental health and safety in dance, Brittni believes every dancer deserves the tools to support their physical and mental wellness for longevity, confidence, and overall happiness. She is currently on the judging roster with Impact Dance Adjudicators.


Vanessa Huntoon
Phoenix, AZ
Vanessa Huntoon, originally from Phoenix, Arizona, began dancing at age eight, training in ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, acro, and contortion. After graduating high school at 17, she was selected as one of just twenty dancers awarded a scholarship to the prestigious Edge Performing Arts Center in Hollywood, where she trained under industry leaders including Eddie Garcia, Alex Magno, Mandy Moore, and Wade Robson. Vanessa went on to work professionally for over 15 years, with career highlights including Glee, Dancing with the Stars, So You Think You Can Dance promos, the MTV Movie Awards, and performances with artists such as Justin Timberlake, Cher, Eminem, the Red Hot Chili Peppers, and the Pussycat Dolls. She has also appeared in national commercials for GAP, iPod, Honda, Lexus, and Quaker. Now based in Arizona, Vanessa teaches jazz, ballet, lyrical, acro, tap, and ballroom, choreographs nationwide, and has guided students to numerous overall awards, scholarships, and recognitions for technique and choreography. A former competition dancer herself, she brings that experience to her role as a judge with Impact Dance Adjudicators.
