Rebecca McCormac
New York, NY
Originally from Brisbane, Australia, Rebecca McCormac earned her Master’s degree in Dance from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts. She is a registered teacher with the Royal Academy of Dance and holds her Jazz Award and Tap Teaching Diploma through COMDANCE. Her performance credits include a European tour with Australia’s Link Dance Company and New York seasons with Tap Fusion and Dance Works. Rebecca has been commissioned to teach and choreograph contemporary, modern, and tap nationally and internationally, with recent guest positions at NYU Steinhardt, Sacred Heart University, and the Peridance Capezio Center. Based in New York City, Rebecca is the Artistic Director and Resident Choreographer of CoreDance Contemporary, which she founded in 2011. Her work has been presented at leading venues and festivals across the country. With over 14 years of judging experience worldwide, Rebecca is proud to be a judge with Impact Dance Adjudicators.
Tiffany Shontelle
Portland, CA
Tiffany Shontelle is a performer, choreographer, producer, and director with a dynamic career spanning stage, screen, and live entertainment. Classically trained at the award-winning Schell School of Dance, she works across multiple styles and continues her education through ongoing certifications and training. Her career includes national and international performances, multiple dance and pageant titles, and the honor of Miss Dance USA. Tiffany’s credits include The Miss America Pageant, MTV, and major Las Vegas production shows such as 40 Deuce and Beacher’s Madhouse, as well as performances for Carnival Cruise Lines. She has also worked commercially with brands including Nike, Nordstrom, Varsity Sportswear, and Handful. As a choreographer and director, Tiffany has led productions such as Grease, Chicago, Mary Poppins, Pippin, Bring It On, and Evita, and serves as the Principal Choreographer of Tiffany Shontelle and Company. She is the founder of Chasing Sunsets Dance Workshop and Convention, teaches with Dance Fusion Northwest and Vancouver City Ballet, and continues to mentor dancers nationwide with a focus on artistry, leadership, and empowerment.


Tiffany Schlater
Ohio
Tiffany Schlater received extensive training across multiple dance genres and earned a full scholarship at age 17 to the prestigious Gus Giordano Dance Center in Chicago. Her performance career includes industrials, work with Giordano Dance Chicago, and collaborations with legends Savion Glover and Gregory Hines. She was also an original member of the Especially Tap Chicago (ETC) Tap Company. Currently, Tiffany serves as an Ambassador for the Tap Legacy Foundation NYC, teaches at tap festivals and conventions worldwide, and recently completed a six-week, six-city dance tour in Australia as both a judge and master teacher. Her dedication to education has earned her numerous Choreography and Teacher of the Year Awards, and her students have gone on to perform on Broadway, television, film, Radio City, and with professional dance companies. Passionate about mentoring and proper technique, Tiffany continues to share her love of dance globally and is proud to be a judge with Impact Dance Adjudicators.
