Rebecca McCormac
New York, NY

Originally from Brisbane, Australia, Rebecca McCormac completed her Masters's in Dance at The Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts. A registered teacher of The Royal Academy of Dance, McCormac holds her Jazz Award and Teaching Diploma in Tap for the Commonwealth Society of Teachers of Dance (COMDANCE). Performance credits include a European Tour with Australian-based “Link” Dance Company and New York seasons with Barry Blumenfeld’s “Tap Fusion” and Ellen Stokes-Shadle’s “Dance Works”. She has been commissioned to teach and choreograph contemporary, modern, and tap work on both a national and international scale. Recent guest positions include Sacred Heart University Connecticut, NYU Steinhardt School New York, and the Peridance Capezio Center. McCormac is presently the Artistic Director and Resident Choreographer of CoreDance Contemporary in New York City, which she founded in 2011. Her work has been shown at APAP New York City Center, The ODC Theatre San Francisco, The Dairy Arts Center Boulder, The ArtsHub Colorado, Wake Forest Dance Festival North Carolina, The Orlando Repertory Theatre, The Dance Complex Boston, Atlas Performing Arts Center D.C. Alvin Ailey, and Steps on Broadway to name a few. With over 14 years of judging experience nationally and internationally, Ms McCormac is thrilled to be on the roster of judges with Impact Dance Adjudicators.
Tiffany Shontelle
Portland, CA
Tiffany Shontelle is a performer, choreographer, producer, and director with a career spanning stage, screen, commercial, and live entertainment. Classically trained at the award-winning Schell School of Dance, she works across multiple styles and continues her education through certifications and training. Her career includes national and international performances, multiple dance and pageant titles, and the honor of Miss Dance USA. Her credits include The Miss America Pageant, MTV, Portland Dance Project, Act One Talent, Academy One Model and Talent Agency, and Living Hope Productions. She performed as a Las Vegas showgirl and principal dancer in 40 Deuce, Beacher’s Madhouse, and major production shows. She also danced for Carnival Cruise Lines and served as lead dancer and choreographer for the band Flexor T. Tiffany has worked commercially with Nike, Nordstrom, Varsity Sportswear, and Handful. As a choreographer and director, she has led productions such as Grease, Chicago, Mary Poppins, Pippin, Bring It On, and Evita. She is the Principal Choreographer of Tiffany Shontelle and Company. She is the founder of Chasing Sunsets Dance Workshop and Convention and currently teaches for Dance Fusion Northwest and Vancouver City Ballet. Tiffany also judges and teaches for national competitions and continues to mentor dancers across the U.S. with a strong focus on artistry, leadership, and empowerment.


Tiffany Schlater

Tiffany Schlater has had extensive training in many genres of dance. She earned a full scholarship at age of 17 to the prestigious Gus Giordano Dance Center in Chicago, Illinois. She has performed in various industrials, with Giordano Dance Chicago, Savion Glover, the late Gregory Hines and was an original member of the Especially Tap Chicago (ETC) Tap Company. Currently Tiffany proudly serves as an Ambassador for the Tap Legacy Foundation NYC, enjoys teaching at tap festivals, convention circuits & most recently completed a 6 week 6 city AUSTRALIA Dance Tour, where she served as both judge and master teacher. Her dedication has earned many Choreography and Teacher of the Year Awards and her students can be found on television, Broadway, Radio City, movies and professional dance companies. Tiffany is committed to sharing her love of dance through mentoring, educating and teaching proper technique around the world. She is currently on the roster of dance competition judges with Impact Dance Adjudicators.
