We want you to love every Oro product you purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

✅ Returns & Exchanges

• Return Window: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Condition: Products must be returned in their original, unworn, and unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• Exchanges Only: Returns are eligible for an exchange or store credit toward another Oro product.

• No Cash Refunds: We do not issue money-back refunds.

• Items marked as Final Sale

• Gift cards

• Opened or used personal items (e.g., water bottles, headbands)
