Tiffany Shontelle
Portland. OR
Tiffany Shontelle is a performer, choreographer, producer, and director with a career spanning stage, screen, commercial, and live entertainment. Classically trained at the award-winning Schell School of Dance, she works across multiple styles and continues her education through certifications and training. Her career includes national and international performances, multiple dance and pageant titles, and the honor of Miss Dance USA. Her credits include The Miss America Pageant, MTV, Portland Dance Project, Act One Talent, Academy One Model and Talent Agency, and Living Hope Productions. She performed as a Las Vegas showgirl and principal dancer in 40 Deuce, Beacher’s Madhouse, and major production shows. She also danced for Carnival Cruise Lines and served as lead dancer and choreographer for the band Flexor T. Tiffany has worked commercially with Nike, Nordstrom, Varsity Sportswear, and Handful. As a choreographer and director, she has led productions such as Grease, Chicago, Mary Poppins, Pippin, Bring It On, and Evita. She is the Principal Choreographer of Tiffany Shontelle and Company. She is the founder of Chasing Sunsets Dance Workshop and Convention and currently teaches for Dance Fusion Northwest and Vancouver City Ballet. Tiffany also judges and teaches for national competitions and continues to mentor dancers across the U.S. with a strong focus on artistry, leadership, and empowerment.
Jonathan McGill
Los Angeles, CA
Jonathan McGill, a Los Angeles native, trained at the Debbie Allen Dance Academy, and received his BFA in dance from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. A few weeks after graduating, he had the honor of dancing with Beyoncé in her surprise Robin Hood Foundation Benefit concert in New York, beginning his nearly 2-decade career in dance. Highlights include: Wicked (Broadway and National Touring companies), Movin’ Out (National Tour- working with dance legend Twyla Tharp), the Radio City Christmas Spectacular (starring The Rockettes), Mamma Mia (La Mirada Theater), and Tale of the Lion King (Disneyland). Other credits include: Hacks (Max), Street Jazz with Rhapsody (instructional DVD), as well as being “Rotten to the Core” with Sofia Carson for ¡Feliz 2016! (Univision). Jonathan McGill is currently on the roster of judges with Impact Dance Adjudicators.


Brittany Sprung
Las Vegas, NV
Brittany is a professional dancer, aerialist, adjudicator, and rehearsal director currently based in Las Vegas. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in dance from the University at Buffalo as well as Dance Masters of America and Acrobatic Arts certifications. She has performed with Norwegian and Royal Caribbean cruise lines, on tour with Disney Live!, at the Pro Bowl half time show, in the Orange Bowl parade, with Samsung Mobile, iHeart Radio, and the Backstreet Boys, and was a featured aerialist on truTV’s Fake Off and Got Talent Spain. Currently, Brittany is a core member of the original aerial group, Piano in the Sky and an aerial rehearsal director for Royal Caribbean and Carnival Cruise Lines. Brittany is also currently on the roster of judges with Impact Dance Adjudicators.
