Sarah Beth Byrum
Eugene, OR

Sarah Beth Byrum holds a Bachelor’s degree in Dance from the University of Oregon and founded All That! Dance Company the same year. She has been the owner and director of a thriving studio for over 25 years, operating three locations and serving thousands of dancers. A passionate educator and choreographer, Sarah Beth has produced more than fifty full-length concert events and is the founder and creative director of the annual production The Nutcracker Remixed. Her choreography and students have earned numerous regional and national awards. Throughout her career, Sarah Beth has received widespread recognition, including features in Spotlight on Dance and Family Fun Magazine, the Gerald E. Bruce Award, and honors from multiple national dance and arts organizations. She is a published contributor to Dance Studio Life, an ambassador for the Dance Studio Owners Association, and currently travels as a dance adjudicator and competition director. Sarah Beth is proudly on the judging roster with Impact Dance Adjudicators.

Robb Gibbs
New York, NY

Robb (he/him) has been a dance adjudicator for over a decade and is passionate about sharing his love for the performing arts with dancers across the country. Growing up as a competitive dancer in the South, Robb developed a deep appreciation for performance that continues to shape his work today. A proud alumnus of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York, Robb spent more than ten years performing nationally, internationally in Canada, and Off-Broadway. His performance credits include A Chorus Line, 42nd Street, Chicago!, Hello, Dolly!, Damn Yankees, George M!, How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, and Singin’ in the Rain, among many others. He has had the privilege of working under renowned directors such as Dana Moore and Mitzi Hamilton. Robb is dedicated to passing on his extensive training and industry knowledge to the next generation of performers, teaching and adjudicating across a wide range of styles. He currently lives in New York City with his partner, Sam, and their blind puppy, Mickey. Robb is a founding member and current judge with Impact Dance Adjudicators.

Brittni Johnson
St. Louis, MO

Brittni Johnson, M.Ed., LPC is a dance educator, choreographer, adjudicator, and licensed professional mental health counselor from the St. Louis, Missouri area. She trained as a competitive dancer in studio, team, and company settings and now specializes in supporting dancers through both movement and mental wellness. Brittni holds a Master’s degree in Clinical/Mental Health Counseling and owns a private practice dedicated to treating dancers. She works with studios, dance teams, and college programs, creating choreography, teaching classes, leading workshops, and consulting on dancer well-being. She is the co-founder of Alignment: A Mental Health Therapist’s Guide to Dance Education, where she provides mental health education and resources to the dance community through workshops, trainings, and consultations. A passionate advocate for mental health and safety in dance, Brittni believes every dancer deserves the tools to support their physical and mental wellness for longevity, confidence, and overall happiness. She is currently on the judging roster with Impact Dance Adjudicators.
